Cooking Under Pressure
An old appliance that your grandmother used is making a comeback - the Pressure Cooker. And this time, they don't explode!
The new pressure cookers are safe and easy to use. They're versatile and cut cooking time in half for most recipes. In this class we'll explore cooking with a pressure cooker from soup to dessert. We'll start out talking about how to buy a pressure. Then we'll go hands on, making stock, soup and stews. In our second meeting you'll cook risotto in under 15 minutes - no stirring! We'll also make cranberry bread pudding and orange cheesecake.
